  • Once we receive your dirty brushes, clean brushes will be delivered in 1-3 business days.

  • Brushes can be dropped off at your local Post Office or UPS shipping location - specified on your label.

  • If you have misplaced your prepaid return label, please email Hello@freshyny.com with “Lost Label” in the subject line.

    If you no longer have a Freshy mailer at home, please use your own packaging for your return.

  • Products used on brushes vary depending on how dirty they are. All brushes are cleaned with quality, antibacterial soaps and makeup removing cleansers.

  • Yes. Freshy works for all skin types. If you have sensitive skin, please check corresponding box during check out and we will wash accordingly.
