Where can I drop off my dirty brushes?

Brushes can be dropped off at your local Post Office or UPS shipping location - specified on your label.
If you have misplaced your prepaid return label, please contact me  with “Lost Label” in the subject line.
If you no longer have a Freshy mailer at home, please use your own packaging for your return.

I lost my return label. What do I do?

Products used on brushes vary depending on how dirty they are.  All brushes are cleaned with quality, antibacterial soaps and makeup removing cleansers.

What do you use to clean my brushes?

Yes. Freshy works for all skin types. If you have sensitive skin, please check the corresponding box when completing your inquiry and we will wash accordingly.

I have sensitive skin, can I still use Freshy?

 If you know you have any brushes that are loose or damaged, please make a note of them when you send your order in.      If we notice any damage or signs of wear during cleaning, we’ll document it with photos and notify you right away—so there are no surprises when your brushes come back.

What if my product breaks?

At this time, we’re mail-in only to keep things easy and efficient for everyone. We provide you with a prepaid shipping kit so you can send your brushes to us and get them back fresh—no pickup needed!

Can I pick up my order?

Once your brushes reach us, our standard cleaning turnaround is 72 hours. You’ll get tracking updates every step of the way. Need them sooner? We also offer an expedited service for a small fee.

When will I get my order?

Once your order is marked “delivered,” contact USPS . please double-check your tracking info first—sometimes carriers mark things as delivered early. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, contact us.

My shipment never arrived, what should I do?
